Choose from Lavender and Rose, Lavender and Ylang Ylang, or Chamomile and Ylang Ylang. This is the perfect choice for people dealing with anxiety and depression. Breathe Deep

Warm towels are applied to the face while you breathe in a therapeutic steam of eucalyptus and ravensara essential oils to open up your airway and begin to ease congestion. An indulgent massage on the shoulders, neck head and face is given using peppermint to continue easing congestion, ease pain and reduce inflammation.

Pain Melt 

 Rosemary and peppermint essential oils, are used with a combination of massage techniques and stretching to reach deep into  stiff, sore, tired muscles and melt the pain and stiffness away.

Energize

Combining an invigorating massage with lime,grapefruit and bergamot essential oils this is a fast paced massage designed to promote circulation and leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and renewed.

Essential oils are used both topically and diffused into the air. The essential oils are mixed with 100% grapeseed oil before they are applied to the skin.

Aromatherapy massage may not be advised for those that are pregnant or dealing with uncontrolled diabetes, kidney or heart diseases. Please disclose any diseases or disorders before the massage so that the therapist can adjust things to make them safe.

All butters are 100% natural, cruelty free, social and fair trade certified and contain 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils They are hand whipped and when possible I use organic ingredients made in the US. Ingredients include a mixture of the following butters and oils

Shea Butter has amazing antioxidant properties, UV protection, anti-aging, and is great for skin problems like psoriasis and eczema. It aids in collagen production,helps with dark spots and actually firms and renews the skin

Coconut oil to nourish and moisturize the skin and hair. It absorbs quickly and wont leave your skin greasy.

Castor oil to sooth dry skin and lock in moisture, it’s anti-fungal and can help with rashes/eczema and other skin conditions.

Olive oil for its antioxidants and vitamins E and K.

Almond oil  a very light oil that absorbs well into the skin,it has been found to reduce wrinkles when used regularly.

Rose Hip Oil  great for sensitive or dry itchy skin.It’s full of anti-aging properties including vitamin A.

Aloe Vera Gel high in amino and fatty acids,anti viral and anti-fungal, it contains anti-inflammatory properties that are great for dry cracked skin.

Vegetable glycerin is a great humectant that helps draw moisture into your skin and keep it there.
